Final Thoughts...

So how about some final thoughts…

First of all, let me remind everyone that no one said Blake was in the bottom two. He just happened to be the one they chose to be dramatic with, probably because the producers knew that Blake and Chris were best friends. But Blake fans, thinking their guy was in the bottom two, will probably rally for him—which may be what the show wanted. I hope that Blake realizes he wasn’t necessarily in the bottom two so that he won’t stop taking risks…

With that out of the way, let me address the eliminations. Yes, I am upset that Phil is gone, but he wasn’t going to win this thing anyway, so at least he got to go out on a high note. And Phil, if by some chance you’re reading this, I want you to know that your “Blaze of Glory” will live on my cell phone forever—or at least for the life of the phone. I’m going to the website to download the recording now…

Now, boys and girls, we have got ourselves a competition. I said earlier that I wondered if it would be Bee Gees or Disco week. I meant to say Bee Gees or 70s week. PLEASE, don’t let it be disco week because then you know that LaKisha will do “MacArthur Park.” Of course, that would get her eliminated…
