Simon the Hero?

Simon Cowell’s criticism can sometimes be hard for contestants to hear. But one contestant was glad to hear it because it saved her life.

During an audition episode of “The X-Factor,” Simon noted there was something strange in the voice of 46-year-old Jacqui Gray. He advised her to go to the doctor.

When she did, she was diagnosed with a potentially fatal lung disease. Grey credits Simon and his fellow judge, Sharon Osbourne, with saving her life.

As if Simon didn’t have a big enough head already. Now he’s a hero?...
