Carrie won six of the first-ever American Country Awards, which were voted on by the fans at the ACA website: Artist of the Year: Female, Album of the Year for “Play On,” Single of the Year: Female for “Cowboy Casanova,” Touring Headline Package of the Year, Music Video: Female for “Cowboy Casanova,” and Artist of the Year.
