Kris Allen Fans Rally for His Cause

Kris Allen fans are finding a way to honor him by supporting one of his favorite causes…

“Alright With Music” is an initiative sponsored by a group of Kris fans. The goal is to raise $25,000 for Music Empowers, which according to a press release, provides funding to non-profit organizations that offer innovative music programs in underserved areas.

Music education programs are one of the causes Kris has championed since being crowned the American Idol at the end of season eight.

Last June, Kris’ fans raised more than $25,000 for Heifer International in honor of his 25th birthday.
