Breaking News: Joanna Out!

So I just checked my e-mail for the FOX press release and I’m casually scrolling down the names and pictures, when suddenly, a small sentence at the bottom jumps out at me:

[EDITOR’S NOTE: It has been determined that Joanna Pacitti is
ineligible to continue in the competition. AMERICAN IDOL contestant Felicia
Barton has replaced Ms. Pacitti as part of the Top 36.]

I have no further details on this right now, but you know I will. My guess is they discovered she has an existing recording contract.

In my opinion, this leaves a Wild Card spot open because you know America wasn’t going to put her through, but as a “ringer” the judges would have…
