Time Is Running Out to Get the Clothes Off Their Backs!

Time is running out to own a piece of Idol memorabilia…

Kimberley Locke has teamed up with Clothes Off Our Back to auction off clothing worn by “Idol” contestants, the judges and Ryan Seacrest. Among the items are a purple hoodie from Blake Lewis, a 205 jersey from Ruben Studdard and one of Simon’s black tees.

According to the website, proceeds from the auction benefit Camp Heartland, a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth and their families facing HIV/AIDS, poverty, grief and other painful life challenges; as well as the Children’s Defense Fund; Autism Speaks’ research division (formerly Cure Autism Now) and the emergency relief efforts in Darfur (specifically Friends of the World Food Program, Save the Children and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF).

You can check out the auction at http://www.clothesoffourback.org/. Bidding ends June 15th.

So whose item is going for the most money right now? A Paul Smith shirt worn by Clay Aiken is now at $3000! The next highest bid is for Kimberley Locke’s personalized Pittsburgh Pirates jersey at $300.

The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation is a non-profit organization that hosts charity auctions of celebrity attire. It was founded by Jane Kaczmarek (“Malcolm In the Middle”) and her husband Bradley Whitford (“Studio 60”).
