I’m so in shock that Simon actually bashed his golden girl. I thought he would just gloss right over it like Paula and Kara did. Of course, maybe he didn't think he had to say anything since she got the sappiest video package of the night. The vocal was decent, but I am so over her.

Adam Lambert, “Black or White”: 19
I don’t know what it is that bothers me about Adam, but there’s just something too over the top for me—no matter how good that was. Maybe it was because he missed that end note. Or maybe it’s because the lyric is “if you’re thinking about BEING my baby.” But I like Adam and I’m interested to see what he’ll do next.
